Hands down, the best 3 minutes in any game soundtrack. Probably the most epic part of Final Fantasy 7 as well. God I love this game, kids nowadays really have missed something here.

This song reminds me of the first time Bugenhagen taught me about materia and how it worked...
It's a melody of wonderment and the unknown, it's like philosophy.

@TeraFlare93 Same here. My friends. Final Fantasy 7-10 games all amplify the experience, the emotions. I had the honor to play all 4 games fully. It was the only great and Awesome experience I had in this life.

@ZiggyIsGrape Mass effect 1/2 are really good, like fucking damn good, I loved the atmosphere. I cant wait for the third one, but still, it's no ff7. Agreed though, mass effect is fantastic.

I wish a game as good as Final Fantasy VII would come out again. NOT a sequel, or a spin-off, but a brand new game. Video game companies shouldn't dwell on past glories and instead focus on making new good games. Looking at today's games, an amazing game such as this seems like an impossible dream. We need another game that has a message, a game that makes you contemplate things while enjoying the experience. Is that so much to ask for? Just bring back the magic from the good old days.
