Volcano The Blast Coaster HD

This is Volcano The Blast Coaster.

This may be the most popular coaster in the park.

And for good reason, it is fun.

Except for the waiting an hour and a half in line part.

Every other ride took 5-15 minutes.

Volcano was only running one cart at a time.

Kings Dominion = Epic Failure. :o\

Oh yeah, Doswell, Virginia... If you're in the mood to wait...

1.) I, personally, will never drop it. Aside from straps and lanyards, I know how to hold a camera. I've done it snowboarding, scuba diving, and in hurricanes.

2.) Laws of Physics pertaining to coasters can be predicted and adjusted to. Besides, I never studied Law. ;o)

3.) I do put the camera away. So I do, in fact, listen to the operators. Then I take the camera out. I am that good at hiding it.

4.) Maybe I'm wrong, but 1.8 million people say I'm right.

@ShawnyBoyKrump he may be "wrong" according to the park rules but that's pretty much it. Ethically? no. Legally? Not really, most they'd do is kick him out. And these types of videos are great PR for the theme parks, people check out the video here and it makes them want to go ride it.

one day, during the off season, they should repaint this and redo the paint and everything on the whole coaster, the theme and the track everything, because its becoming really trashy inside that volcano. have you seen all that fucking gum?

@rwk360 And there's nothing more serious than innocently taking a camera with a hand/wrist strap on a ride to get some footage. There are some stupid people who don't know how to hold on to something, but it still seems so innocent. Even if the camera were to go somewhere, chances are it will fall in some backstage area. This is why they have nets under most modern coasters when they cross over pathways. The fact that any park would call the police when there are real criminals out is beyond me.

At my park, Dorney Park also owned by Cedar Fair they will kick you out if they catch you taking pictures on rides. Dorney Park has a good security force that roams the park looking for rule breakers and law breakers. They have the power to call the local township police and have you arrested if what you did was really serious.

I was at Kings Dominion yesterday and before then I had never ever ridden Volcano in my life and I always wanted to just to see how the ride is well yesterday I got to ride it for the first time ever after waiting like two hours in the line

@MBrilhart I was there yesterday, I barely rode the Volcanoe, always wanted to!!... before rode the volcanoe i tried out the intimidator 305, gotten lucky since the line was short... started to rain really heavy for nearly an hour so... we waited in the volcanoe line for 20-40 mins,..first groupd of people get back on tha ride :D its gonna be really tough to get in a short line i can tellya that,... its gonna be really tough
