I have that INQ and I have to say it is by far the worst cellphone I have ever used. It takes around 10 to 15 mins to start up so you can use the features, and don't expect to send any text messages for at least another 20 minutes after that. You're lucky if it will stay on. Its incredibly slow to react to the buttons you press too.
I'll be sending in a formal complaint to the company. Just because a phone is cheap, doesn't mean it shouldn't function.
