I saw your videos of Baltimore County's Weatherstar 4000 from September 25, 1994. They do kind of look the same, but if you have the Intellistar now, and I still have the Weatherstar 4000, then this can't be the same WS4000 as the one your cable company used to have, because cable companies can't share STAR units.

I just looked at it again, I think a couple of the cities in the Latest Observations are different and the radar is slightly further northeast. But the current conditions, tides, regional and extended were the same.

I can't believe there is still a working Star 4000 this close to me (I live in Parkville MD). We have been on the Intellistar for several years now. Our Star 4000 had the same cities listed and also said Harford-Baltimore on the extended forecast. I wonder if we used to be on the same unit. Do you know what your Star ID is?
Do you still have this weatherstar 4000? or was it upgraded to the XL or intellistar?
