Namibia is one of Africa's hidden treasures. Home to one of the oldest and driest deserts, the dunes of the namib desert rise over 1000 feet in height. The sand permeates everything and Mother Nature is ruthless against all who try to inhabit the desert. She has swallowed villages and crushed ships along her coastline.
Amidst the
harsh environs though, an abundance of wildlife flourishes in this land. A harsh and beautiful landscape - seldom seen by Westerners.
