  • apples are a lie! i lived on an orchard for 17 years and they make you hungrier. i still love them though.... mmm...appley goodness....

  • I find mixing a big bag of cinnamon and nutmeg, and I then use a teaspoon of the nutmeg and cinnamon in my coffee. I also pour the nutmeg and cinnamon on my muesli. I am a former over eater, but I find that the cinnamon and nutmeg is good for suppressing my appetite. I skip breakfast to prevent over eating, plus I like to burn over 800 calories before eating. Well I have lost more than a kilo in the last couple of weeks. Right foods, at right the right time, anyone can loose weight.

  • @OKlikeoaktree But water weight is easy to lose, losing actual fat cells takes a very long time.

  • if you drink chicken broth, well too much of it you'll have too much sodium in your daily in take and your body would begin to store water in your system because of it which would make you look chuubby aha
