get a good ass backpack and put at least 40 to 50lbs or buy a weight vest i stay with the backpack tho lol

bar work is where its at son! combined with some burpees and some cardio work out, you really dont need a gym membership unless your trying to scope out honeys.

anyone can do this after a few months. i remember when i started to do pull ups i could only do 2-3 sets of 10's. after a couple months i was doing them like ez people were like damn you make em look hella ez.
