@dolmandabean because everybody speaks english, a very easy and lowbrow language, everybody can learn it in a few weeks. france is much more difficult and complex and german is the champions league of languages, they are in france, so they don't speak german. and when rammstein learn every language of the countries of their tour, they have no time for music...;) so its a logical arrangement that every man and woman learn a bit english, so everybody understand it. english needs no intellect
