If he really did kill his wife, then fuck him, but his trial was all sorts of fucked up. The letter she gave her neighbor should not have been admitted into evidence. Would there have been enough evidence to convict him without it? Maybe. Either way, there's a reason why that kind of evidence is supposed to be inadmissible. It violates the defendant's right to confront witnesses against him. It was a gross misinterpretation of the doctrine of "forfeiture by wrongdoing."

I have just learned of this today...
the family and every sesible person knows he did it and she is innocent of plots. But remember defense is just that no matter what they say ,they are paid to protect the guilty as well as the innocent...

You hit the nail on the head. That's exactly why police start looking for the guilty in the victim's immediate circle. She trusted Mark and all Mark thought about is his sex life with a woman who cheated on her second husband during her honeymoon. Sick doesn'even descrbe what Mark did to violate Julie and her sons. She died for them and they have been forever tainted against the REAL FAMILY THAT LOVES THEM...THE GRIFFINS!!

Our Mom's worked really hard on this video. They comment on TruTv's In Session's trials, but this one with the murder of Julie Jensen by her convicted murdering husband Mark Jensen really hit them hard.
