u should get the arrow III and Silverliners from IHP or Islandmodelworks just to add some local trains from the northeast corridor

They look great! Now just add some rooftops, benches, and people and you've got just about any stop along the Northeast Corridor!

At 15, it would more than likely be very expensive unless you had a really good part time job and all you did was buy trains (Even model railroaders should have a life outside of trains :-))
From an economic point of view, these are pretty good deals. Even though their kits (I personally like assembling kits) all the parts you need are there (minus paint and somethimes decals)
I've never ordered from IHP but I have ordered from IMW. That should put it in perspective.

Now im only 15 and i'm wondering are the comet shells expensive
Are those Amfleet's Walthers or Bachmann? I want to say Bachmann due to the Phase IVb scheme but the diaphragms look like Walthers?

These are walthes cars that were re-painted by masking off the pin stripe and applying the phase IVb blue hue. I wasn't pleased with the way Bachmann's cars came out so I stuck to painting the walthers cars. I have around 20 painted up in this fashion.
