@weightonboy I've not read it, but in adopting something similar, it corrected my tendency to lean back as it served as a good starting point for me getting head and chest over the ball on the strike. But I also think people shouldn't blindly copy what others do. ... hell, look at Quade Cooper's "bullfighter" stance!
