Gran película para conocer la vida de estos dos músicos. Me gusta especialmente el trombón de Tommy Dorsey y las voces que acompañan a sus grabaciones. Muchas gracias por la película, ya que no la encuentro en ninguna otra parte.

Fast forward through this drek to every musical number, poor Sarah Algood, so sweet but frankly, you want to kick her teeth in ecery time she and her husband intrude on the music.

@AMEwrestling How could they not have been back together until 53? This film was made in 47.

So much can be said about the Dorsey Brothers. They split up in 1935 and came back together in 1953. Tommy died in 1956 and Jimmy one year later. They were the greatest of all time. Thanks for posting this movie.

I saw this film on late night TV years ago. I couldn't believe they got these guys to do it, since it was widely known they fought like crazy. As musicians and bandleaders and such, they achieved great success. The movie is a farce, but it depicts one of America's greatest era for music -- big band era. The Paul Whiteman footage is unforgettable and priceless IMHO
