Arctic Sovereignty became a contentious national issue during the summer of 2007. Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami President Mary Simon spoke out on behalf of the Inuit of Canada. In this television interview, she makes the point that the best way to assert Canadian sovereignty in the Arctic is with the people, and the people who live in the Arctic are Inuit. Global warming is not the issuse contamination from the south and other countries is..
People need quality food at lower prices,access to better healthcare,an arena and swimming facilities during dark season access to better bandwidth the military had it..There is nothing for other Countries to debate the land belongs to the Inuit period!
