Spagonia
Evening
Rooftop Run Act 4

It may be set in the evening, though it counts as a day stage. Good thing the Aero Chasers only come out when the Sun is up, because there is no way the Werehog can keep up with them.

This entire stage is one long chase. The Aero Chasers here are more aggressive than anywhere else in the game, so the stage itself is relatively bare; it's the Aero Chasers supplying the frantic design you expect to see.

That being said, there seems to be a glitch in this stage I accidentally triggered. It begins at 2:55, where Sonic has just blown away all of the Aero Chasers and jumps a bit too early, landing at the base of the wall. It seems for the rest of the stage, the Aero Chasers stopped showing up, and Sonic could tackle the rest of the stage as normal. I was thrown off by this at first, waiting for the Aero Chasers to appear, but by the time I got to the inside of the dome, I figured they're not going to show up anymore.

By the way, when there are Aero Chasers to pursue, Sonic's top speed slows down to match the Aero Chasers. Without them, Sonic can go as fast as he pleases, causing me to finish several seconds faster despite all the times Sonic stops moving. Due to this and a faster Speed Bonus at the end, I wind up with a much higher score.

  • i didnt now thare is an act 4 i cant find it whare is it

  • @baraksha1 It's a downloadable stage. It's part of the Spagonia Adventure Pack for a fee, which I think is 200 Microsoft Points and $2.50 over the PlayStation Network.

  • where was the glitch?

    heh, I didn't catch it ^_^

  • @Grynomite44 I explained it in the description.

  • @Overhazard This dosen't look like a glitch at all.

  • @bahalur Take a good look in the video. The Aero Chasers aren't supposed to just leave Sonic behind.

  • act 4 home of the aero chasers

  • @RedKoopa231

Yeah. I think it was a glitch.

  • @OmniFaseeh

dude, then that mean that had to be a glitch, as well. cuz the only way sonic gets past them, if they somehow end up getting destroyed or if they decided to fly away.

  • @diddyknux

Hmmm....perhaps, he does tend to taunt his opponents. LOL

Especially on the cutscenes on Sonic Colors.

  • @RedKoopa231 I'm sorry to disturb but it is possible to actually outrun them. I think did that one time in Adabat or Spagonia. I forgot how I did that but after doing so I was able to keep up with them.

  • @RedKoopa231

OR... does Sonic choose to run slower to "play" with them? Same question could be asked of any time Sonic chased Eggman in the Genesis games, lol.
