Many of us would not be able to convert to this level but if we do something, I believe, every little bit helps. Olivia and Jack have been a great inspiration.

My heart is rather full of sadness right now but the main thing is that we keep on moving. Our thoughts are with you Olivia.

: Olivia Chow is a member of the opposition in Canada, not part of the 'ruling' conservative party. But you are correct, I think we have a large 'Kremlin' as you would put it. Our current government, as well as the majority of our economy has strong ties to the oil and gas industry, that is why we have weak environmental standards. Anyone in Canada who accuses the US of being environmentally unfriendly really needs to take a look in the mirror.

Thank you, Olivia, for your video. I'm an artist, a lighting specialist and work part time at the Home Depot in North Carolina.

I appreciate your information--a good guide for all of us.

So Olivia Chow I have heard sophisticated remarks from Canadians about Washington DC being the Kremlin but on Youtube I see that a fellow is moving his electric car factory OUT of Canada- the Federal Government of Canada is still develop the WORDS that it would feel most comfortable using to be a nuisance to drivers and for this reason people who build electric vehicles in Canada are not permitted to sell the vehicles to Canadians so it seems to me Canada has a creepy little Kremlin of its own.

Hi Olivia...great video...really enjoyed it. One thing I didn't see in your video...where was the clothes line? You can save more energy than any one of those devices in your home will generate by simply using a clothes line to dry your clothes. In the winter, hang small articles in the house...free humidification. I understand, sometimes a dryer is nice, but the energy savings is tremendous when circumstances allow. The cheapest watt is always the one that don't need generated. Cost=20 USD.
