Too Tight Rag by Blind Blake

Here's my rendition of the great Blind Blake tune. It's sort of a mix of Blake's style with my friend Parrish Ellis' (of the Wiyos) cool arrangement...woops looks like it's one beat out of sync- must have had the camera on a weird setting...i can post a new one at some point if this one isn't helpful.

Hey cocoringo, this is great man. Bigups! I guess i watched it about a hondred times now, and in the end i'm starting to get hold of it. But would it be possible for you maybe to write out what you do at 0:16 till 0:20 with the double thumbhit?

interesting you mention sister rosetta- i've been listening to her a lot lately. will see if i can get an arrangement together, but i'm strapped for time right now (hence lack of recent posts). no cd out, hopefully next year sometime.

You should make a tutorial, or at least a breakdown or the chords. I can't read sheet music, but I can figure it out if I know the chords.

This Is the Best song EVER!!! I was hoping you would maybe slow it down so I can learn it??? I love finger picking I been at it awhile But the Blind Blake stuff is a little fast for me I'm more at the John Hurt speed right now anyway Cheers and keep picking it sounds GREAT!!!!!
