in the 1:41 to 1:30 minutes are UFOs from the plane at the side of the bridge and highway were like 3 of them back and then another 4

Looks like the "UFOs" might just be reflections of other lights. Notice on the first 3 there are 3 brighter lights just below them and again with the other 4 there are 4 brighter lights below them and they all seem to move from right to left as the plane passes. None of them seem independent of the others they all move together in the same direction.
