This is a test for recording the leap second at the end of 2008. The video shows my GPS unit along with audio from radio stations WWV (Colorado) and WWVH (Hawaii). Both stations broadcast on the same frequencies. The shortwave radio is tuned to 15000 MHz at the start of the video, but after that signal fades it is changed to 10000 MHz. The location is a circular picnic table in Vanier Park which can be seen here:

Obviously I meant to say 15 MHz and 10 MHz, not 15000 MHz and 10000 MHz.
