  • @TheKoolKathy1 Sure you can. Make this with eggs right out of the fridge and I'd consume this with in the hour or get it back in the fridge to hold it. It's not a recipe to pack for a picnic out on a hot day where you'd be inviting Salmonella along.

  • nothing wrong with raw eggs....i mean Sylvester Stallone did it in Rocky

  • @rouxbe all ingredients should be at room temperature, therefore never use cold eggs right out of the fridge - leave them outside for at least half an hour.

    btw: salomonella doesn't appear on eggs from keeping them out of fridge, eggs get it from infectioned poultry.
