He founded his religion (Catholicism), when he said to Saint Peter the Apostle (His name was actually Simon) "You are Peter (which means rock), and upon this rock I BUILD MY CHURCH, AND THE GATES OF HELL WILL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT"

Peter then evangelized in Rome, He was the First Pope, All Popes are descendants from Peter, and express representatives of Christ himself.

@MrGendawy Thanks i hope so too! but Orthodox and Catholics have actually the same beliefs, the only thing that changes is that, as some of the Apostles went very far away to different spots of the world, Orthodox have a different Head than the Pope, but it was more of a Geographical issue than a difference of beliefs.
