Just awsome rock & roll...
-
@GORDITO1000 Now 5 thumbs up and another 5 million 40 odd aged rockers to follow...
-
There's actually three different songs referenced here; one more aside from The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. The prominent bassline in this song is identical to the one in Sugarloaf's "Green-Eyed Lady!"

Saw April Wine in 1979...EXCELLENT CONCERT!! I Like To Rock...love the counterpoint at the end!!! Can't say that I'm a member of the 4% but my son is!!

everybody mixeed this up with ufo and they jammed especially live

Sorry, insyncnet1, but the two songs being referenced at the end are "Day Tripper" by The Beatles and "Satisfaction" by the Stones. If you can't hear that, well, I'm just sorry for you...An April Wine truly rocks, a very under-rated band!

@ufofan1980 Hey Kiwi, sorry but this is CLASSIC CANADIAN ROCK. So next time you listen to this song start thinkin' your flyin' over the Canadian Rockies OK.

When is wine cheapest?

Sometimes the singer in this song sounds like Ted Nugent in his younger days. Just a great song along the lines of Black Betty and Ball Room Blitz. Rockin'!

"Play 'I Like To Rock'."
"That was April Wine."
"Then play that 'Diane Sawyer' song."
Good old Trailer Park Boys. lol
