I have not been able to find one single viable source where it states that the company(s) built in Idaho will be run by or employed solely by the Chinese or any source that states there will be housing built for Chinese employees, or that it will be bound by the laws of the Chinese government and not bound under any laws by the US government. Under the FTZ, a company has to spend 500,000 to 1 mil US dollars in order to qualify for certain tax breaks. Somebody please explain this controversy.
