its very simple! the elves were basically the original natives of europe who were slaughtered for their land and wealth! they were humans like we are ! they were simply of an older cukture with links to the ARYANS of india.! how can this be proven? read between the lines of history its all there! and the ears? simple its just an intiation ritual much like other tribal peoples conduct like circumcision etc. etc. ELVES were the knights of these people the faeries!
