I hope you enjoy my mini cherry crisps! The full written recipe can be found below, thank you!

Fruit:
2 1/2 cups cherries, pitted

2 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 squeeze of lemon juice (about a tsp)

1/8 teaspoon almond extract

pinch of salt
Topping:
1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/4 cups oats

1/4 cup brown sugar

pinch of salt

3 tablespoons butter, cold & cut into small cubes

Preheat oven to 325F.
To prepare the crisp filling, combine cherries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, almond extract, and salt. Pour into your mini pans (one pie pan could also be substituted)
To making topping, stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and butter. Use a whisk or your fingers to separate crumbs. The mixture should resemble coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over cherries.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until topping is golden brow and cherries are bubbling underneath. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
