I'm use to Rugby Union. I am trying to see if I would enjoy League more or not. I played rugby union in college but a few friends of mine said I should look into League. Hopefully the USA Rugby League kick off this summer wont be too bad. :]

I HAVE WATCHED ALL THE VIDEOS AND I LOVE THE CONCEPT OF RUGBY LEAGUE IN AMERICA BUT I THINK THAT THEY ARE DOING THE GAME A DISSERVICE BECAUSE THEY PORTRAY ONLY ONE ASPECT AND IT LOOKS REPETITIVE. IMAGINE IF THERE WAS A BRITISH AMERICAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE THAT SPENT THE WHOLE GAME DOING ONE RUNNING PLAY.

DUDE, IM SORRY IF MY LAST COMMENT CAME A BIT HARSH BUT ALL IM TRYING TO PUT ACROSS IS THAT THESE GUYS SHOULD WATCH THE PROFFESSIONAL LEAGUES TO SEE HOW THEY PLAY, ESPECIALLY THE NRL IN AUSTRALIAL.
THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST HITTING IN THE WORLD AND THEY ARE EVEN ALLOWED TO SHOUDLER BUMP. ITS BRUTAL.
BUT AT THE SAME TIME THESE AIM OF THE GAME IS TO FINE POCKETS THROUGHT THE DEFENSE THROUGH PASSING FIRST AND THEN PUMMELING IT WITH RUNNING.

THESE GUYS REALLLY NEED TO RACTICE ALOT MORE AND WATCH SOME PROFFESSIONAL RUGBY LEAGUE LIKE NRL IN AUSTRALIA OR SUPERLEAGUE IN ENGLAND.
ALL THEY DO IS RUN THE BALL LIKE MEATHEADS. I DONT SEE ANY TACTICS OR SET PLAYS. THIS IS PRETTY BAD ACTUALLY..IMAGINE IF A TEAM RAN THE BALL OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR AN ENTIRE FOOTBALL GAME.

The idea was to show people Rugby league and most have never seen it and the bruising part of it, so we played 10 on 10 on a 55ft wide field. On that field and that many guys there was no room for tactics. If we wanted to show tactics/ scoring, we could have gone 6 on 6 or 7 on 7. Americans love hitting so that's we what we gave them. It worked too since our attendance went from 50 per game to 500.
