@Gunblastdotcom Marlin is no more. It was bought out by Remington. And they have stopped producing nearly ALL of Marlin's older products because of Qaulity Control standards. If you are going to get a marlin, be sure to get one before Remington got it's greedy little hands on marlin. I found a steal the other day in a local gun shop for a 30-30 cal Marlin 30AS for 250 dollars. Needed a cleaning/polishing/grinding, and I'm putting a skinner ghost ring on it. anyhow, great vids sir. God Bless!

No - this is legally a pistol, so no problem from a Federal standpoint. If you live in a Communist area where you cannot own a pistol - MOVE.
