Why would one of his decisions contradict another?
Scalia knows what the terrorists are about. What they wanna do to us. He sided with Rumsfeld on that, right?

"The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."
Strange, I didn't recall that the Constitution exempted foreign "enemies" (you didn't define what enemies were, so I'll assume it's a citizen of a foreign state) from the right of Habeas Corpus.
Assuming it did, this doesn't apply to members of states of any nation except... well, none, since all nations are either neutral or allied.

The sad thing about this is that you don't understand that Scalia is actually an asset in these cases. You may not like his decision here, but he was one of only two justices with the balls to point out that U.S. citizens should have all their due process rights in Hamdi. Every one of your precious liberal justices (except Stevens) sold you out.

@BOOLsheet Amen. Finally someone with some sense.

Headzup is the most witless "satire" I've ever come across.

You've been called brain dead and a retard by people that do that label some justice:)

Ron Paul is a luciferian scum bag.

No actually Ron Paul has. Fuckface.
h. corpus never applied to foreign enemies outside the US when it was adopted and it doesn't apply today. sorry you dont like that fact. if you want it to apply then pass a law, then he'll uphold the law that was passed.

Scalia hates what America is all about - he has proven that time and time again.
