    I've had good pan-fried steaks, bad grilled steaks, and vice versa. Hell, I've got a sneaking suspicion that the best steak I've ever eaten was prepared via sous vide.

    At the end of the day, it's all about whether the chef seasoned it properly, and cooked the meat to your desired done-ness.

    have you ever tried lomo or bife de chorizo cuts? (argentinian cuts)

    I like them better than any other cut, maybe t-bone is up there for me too I love t-bones, that meat on the side of a t-bone is lomo.
