well, all going to plan the new systme should be up and running by spring 2012and yes, most of the present fleet will no longer be used in serivce, including twin cars, railcoaches, unrefurbished balloons, centenarys, the only trams that are to be retained will be the refurbished balloons (700, 711, 713, 717, 719, 720) and milleniums cars (707, 709, 718, 724), and all apart from 700 and 717 are to be fitted with power operated doors and widened centre platforms,
