Actually brah get plenty action in Hawaii, and a lot worth filming. And the fishes are not as tame as you think they are. We all still gotta put forth effort to catch fish. In a lot of cases the fishes are so wild, you need at least a minute down time after decent before the fish come to you to see what's going on.

Poor video, if I wanted to see fishes I would have checked on wikipedia. Where is the action? Perhaps getting close to fishes in hawaii and shoot 'em is so easy that it's not even worth filming it.
Having a sea full of fish not scared by humans is a easy-mode barbecue for sure but maybe not the best set to shoot a video.
