  • Well played! My high school band attempted to play this, we just only had a month though so we threw it out. It Sounds great except for the echo. I'm sure it's just the room; it is a gym after all. on top of that the proportions seem off. We played with two horns(me being one) and it was ridiculously hard to play against are 18 trumpets and 12 saxes!

  • whoever is ragging on the alto player for being "too loud". he learned that solo that day because the other guy didn't show. so back off

  • @masterofaeons thank you. thank you very much haha. i was a trumpet player in that band. now graduated but thank you.

  • Sorry your video's getting so heavily bashed. Hopefully your class enjoyed their performances and are still plugging away. It's still a good show and rather unfair to criticize people so early in their career.

  • at least they have the balls to try,

  • Not bad, this is a very difficult piece but.. As a sax player... Your tenor(s?) were WAY over playing and your first alto needed a fair bit of work on intonation and articulation... Sorry but this group needs to work on balance and intonation a LOT! Too much in the saxes, seriously.. Though this is old so hopefully they've improved since... Though not too shabby a brass section for high school!

  • What's the trill notes at the end??

  • ive heard alot better.

  • @smashfrggnduh09 ***who worked at the middle school also. is what i meant to say.

  • we worked hard... I'm the first chair piccolo by the way. we busted our ass for this, and yeah our music program was shaken up when we lost our band director my senior year and had a new one who also worked at the high school. no one is ever perfect unless they're professional, so shut the hell up because i think we sounded pretty fucking good for a high school band. grow up.
