USACE HAP Rental Question

For military families who had PCS orders out of the Northern Virginia area in 2008 & 2009 renting your home was often your only option. Since the USACE HAP program came into effect at the end of 2009 you may now be eligible to use HAP assistance to sell your home and not have to bring significant sums of money to the closing table.
