@shadowdraco90 but if ea did change the helicopter a little bit just a little bit so it they could stayed out of hot water. But right now the issue with bell and ea they are just pointing fingers at each other.

@shadowdraco90 the game but they don't have permission of the other car companies to use their brands in the game. But they have the cars in the game but under a different name and the car companies are not complaining about it. since the way i see even if the cars from Nissan are the in the game under a other name. I see it as advertising for that company, maybe driving the car in the game makes the player want to get that car and they go buy that car at Nissan dealership.

@shadowdraco90 oh the issue with bell and ea well i don't really know where to stand on this. cause if it is a extract copy with no changes or any kind of custom design on it in the game. Then maybe a very small part of me agrees with bell but the way they are reacting to this is just a little uhhhh like a kid put out a hissy fit when they toy gets taken away. For example drift city a online racing mmo. they only have permision of dodge and jeep to use the names of their cars in.

@shadowdraco90 software they had it was just a matter of time. well with sopa if it pass i hope it doesn't pass with the way it is now with being too over the top. I going to hope they tune it down a bit so people don't feel like they are being tied down by so many rules and other stuff. that they want to toss their computer out the window or go crazy with the anger getting to their heads. So a bill that has some line drawn but not too over the top.

What i want to see is that the line is drew where we don't lose creativity and worry whether or not this is copyright infringement. cause the way sopa is right now it is not improving the copyright law it is angering people. they are like **** u Lamar smith for coming up this dam bill. and wanting to throw eggs at the guy or graffiti his house. I am not saying pirate bay didn't deserve to get blocked. pirate bay was just asking for the government for to shut it down with how much illegal...
