i used to work there for telstra pro active, best job i ever had......money was not that good though so had to move on, alot of career progression though.

No actually I can verify that I went to an interview today, and I actually talked to a few people that worked there while I was waiting. They really genuinely love it! And it was so colourful... Of course you still need to get the job done, but it's the environment that makes you feel good. If I do land the job, I'm covering the back of my desk in alternating (checkered) post-it notes :D
