Brian Tribble's lack of action makes me think hes not a true friend of Bias and was more worried about getting in trouble with drugs and less worried about his friends life.

@PinoyAko3495 You might be right.

@overstatedbrilliance Not only a prick, but totally incompetent. Someone tells you a guy isn't breathing, and you want to make sure you've gotten the caller's last name correct? Dumb. In this day and age, they would be all over that guy.
-
brian fucking tribble...without his gay ass, len would still be here today.
-
Bias did make his own choice and is responsible for his own actions. I assume Brian Tribble at the time had only drug dealing as his occupation and knew nothing else. All around, it was a sad situation. I just hope today Tribble is free from drugs and can pass on to others what he did when he was young to prevent others from following the same path.

@bordaz1 Gimme a break. They all did the same coke. And Bias was using BEFORE Tribble. Tribble did what a lot of brothas in DC did back in those days ... he slang dope. So fuckin what. Not saying the guy is a saint but he didn't make Bias do anything he didn't want to
-
Well said. This guy was not innocent. He was a drug dealing thug who clung like a barnacle or parasite to a rising star. No excuse for Len's dumb behavior either. With that said, it is a shame that drug thugs like Tribble even exist.

Fuck brian tribble

Len Bias' ghost should haunt the operator forever.

I don't trust any of those former teammate.......they all seem to have a dark side to them

I know 911 operators have a stressful job, especially during the high crime era of the 80s, but that operator sounded like a prick.

one thing i don't like about this doc....the filmmaker paints a SYMPATHETIC portrait of Brian Tribble, never once mentioning his 1990 arrest and 1993 sentencing for drug dealing in Washington DC (police described him as a 'significant' dealer among dealers), years after his involvement with Bias's death. Interviewees bring up the fact that Bias was killed by an unusually pure coke sample, yet the filmmaker never tries to show where that sample came from....gee, i wonder
