Kiambu women protest sale of illicit brew

With the deaths of 10 people from consuming illicit brew still fresh in their minds, women in Mwemuto, Kiambu County have demonstrated in the streets. The women want the government to shut down all the bars in the area.

Who licences these drinking dens? Is it not the Liqour Licensing Board in which the D.C. chairs at the district level and the P.C. at the provincial level. Shame on them and every one else concerned.
