This is a video of me doing my first set on my Total Gym 1700 Club Model. This really gets me pumped up in the morning. I start this after I have stretched for about 20 minutes, then I do 1800 crunches followed by approximately 45 minutes on the Total Gym. This is the first set that I begin with to warm up. It's important to note that I did not start out working out on the top level. You should find a level that you can work out on comfortably for about 20 minutes with 30 second breaks in between sets. You WILL feel this the next day if you have never worked out on a Total Gym before as it works all the muscle in your upper body and core. I shot this video for my profile on bodybuilding.com where I am a member of the DO WORK CREW BodyGroup.

  • Critics are probably just jealous. Keep up the great job, you inspire me more everyday. I still can't do as much as you do LOL maybe some day.

  • To all you who say this dudes only got a six pack because he has no fat, try and do what he does in his stomach exercises. This dude is in shape, this and his other vids show it. Good work man.

  • @gatchAttk kiss my ass bitch

  • @arsalan522 then you're a dumbfuck with a mental image problem

  • he is not skinny but he is also not someone who i can call in a great shape ...

  • He is not skinny. He has low body fat% yes, but look at the size of his abs. They are thick and muscular (sculpted). A skinny person will have no meat on their abs. BTW. If you want a good example of a skinny person who got big, this is a good you tube video. youtube.com/watch?v=NTfRSVfbWeI
