@leeble611 Yeah, those Mepps. The #3 'Black Fury' in particular served me well one fine day in early May 1997. Lake Luxembourg in Bucks County, PA and the water was still clear in those days too. Every third cast or so yielded a nice Rainbow that I judged were schooled out of casting range for the handful of other anglers within sight. My youngest brother, 10 years old at the time, watched me bring them in one after the other. I haven't since had such a chain of successes with spinning-gear.
