Here's an example of a mid-century home built by the Alexander Construction Company in 1959, in Palm Springs' Racquet Club Estates. This was designed by William Krisel, FAIA. There has been a large addition to the back of the house, not part of the original plan. This is somewhat typical of the condition of what we would call a "fixer." • YOU NEED TO SORT OUT YOUR CAMERA WORK. IT IS MAKING ME DIZZY!!!

  • Salvage that cool pendant in the kitchen and torch the place. Those trademark 2004 bathroom "updates" were the last straw.
