  • I'm sorry but technically you cannot use those results to make advice for your subscrivers because results of a statistic study are only applicable for people like the study echantillon: elderly mens. It's called "intrinsic and extrinsic validities". You have no evidence to say that it's going to work for us. You have to make the same study with younger groups to say that your theory is true. Great advices on others videos, a belgian medical student ;-)
