How is this not robbery when your selling a storage unit much more then the outstanding monthly payment?

@Gyro911 The previous owner is entitled to any overages. These overages are kept for 1 year and then if not claimed by the owner these overages are handed over to the County Tax collector, What is robbery is when facilities refuse to sell the unit when it brings over the amount of what is owed, they stop the bidding process and close the door and wait to re sell at a later time when there are more charges due against the unit. That is robbery

@ghrbman96 I believe that it was explained in this video as it was an abandoned unit, that is the only time we allow anyone to go into the unit

@theauctionguydan I understand that you used it as a marketing tactic, which did its job (got me to click, and watch) But then again, the only reason that it worked was because I know people have found gold and silver coins in these lockers before.

I really wanted to be happy for someone who found a cache of gold. So the title is misleading. I would surround it with quotes such as ..."strike gold" etc.

None-the-less, an interesting video.
