Are those air conditioners against the walls? if so, do they heat and cool? Just wondering 'cos I often hear about NYC apartments that aren't air conditioned...

"Who cares" was in response to your juvenile comment about how your apartment is supposedly "bigger and has a view of the ocean" and "ceiling to ground windows". There's no need to compare your place to this one. Do you have a video of your apartment up on YouTube that has over 15k views? Nope. So please, keep your idiotic comments to yourself. :)

I'm sold... What's the name of this building? I plan on moving in 8 months, and this place looks perfect!! Any info would be extremely helpful... I'm tired of looking at property management companies websites!!!

The location of this building is 455 E.
86th St. I would recommend that you meet with a licensed real estate salesperson.
