    I don't really understand why Nilay would bother putting on a tie if he's not going to button up his shirt. It's not really formal, and it looks like he's already off the clock. Just an unbottoned shirt and a jacket are formal enough for his role, no need to bother with these sloppy ties.

    Good interview nonetheless, and I'm really curious what the guys behind the Nest tackle next.
