Tool Time: Santorum, 'Emotions' and Chivalry Bad for Combat

Rick Santorum when he was interviewed on John King's show last night was questioned about everything from his taxes, to his stance on the Pentagon's proposed changes for women in the military. Take a look at Rick's old school thoughts on women having a more prominent role on the battlefield. Where he says female presence amongst male soldiers would compromise the ability to accomplish the mission!

hardly, it is our nature to want women and fuck alot of them, going against it is very hard, and under the emotional and physical challenges the armed forces are submited that becomes that much harder, if not impossible

I stand corrected... the figure of 19,000 is for service members raped in 2010, so that may include males that also came forward.

Now, none of this sounds very chivalrous to me !

Men get distracted, women get distracted anyone can get distracted, so if the problem is that the men are getting distracted and failing in their missions, put the blame where it belongs... on the men !

Are you aware that in 2010 the statistics for women raped in the military were @ 19,000, and that's just the ones reported. And this is excluding the male soldiers that get raped by other supposed straight male soldiers.

it is true, men get distracted, and i don`t even mean the "omg gurl/boobs lol" disctracted, i mean they can get emotional attached to them and compromise the missions, an example of this is that companies and factories in which all women are ugly or bland the men`s productivity is 300% superior to the opposite situation

I don't think Rick has ever been to a military training camp, the women there can certainly keep up with the men. What he is doing is comparing the average housewife to a trained female soldier, which is ridiculous.

RON PAUL is the only Republican presidential candidate for who served in the Military. What's up with candidates who were too cowardly to serve in the military wanting to tell women, who have the guts and honor to serve, what they can or cannot do in combat? First, if you want to be "Commander In Chief" have the "Patriotism and honor" to first serve in the American Military. The qualification to be President of the United States should not include avoiding military service (cowardice}.
