Brazil is spending $296 BILLION in the next two years on this sort of infrastructure? Anyone want to bet against the IMF and the World Bank being behind this? Watch for the "Structural Adjustment Program" to come with it. Anybody who hasn't already, should read John Perkins' "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man" to understand why this is a Bad Thing.
