  • Refined sugar in any amount is poison. Refined flour, sugar, and salt are the three white poisons!

  • Dr. Teitlebaum is a very smart, outstanding individual. Keep up the great work.

  • @sophywest1 then don't eat processed fructose. cheap processed products are usually bad.

  • A new study links FRUIT sugar to cancer. Already, refined sugar is linked to ALL chronic illnesses. Sugar addiction is due to chronic neurotransmitter deficiencies. The solution is AMINOKIT Recovery Formula - a 100% pure product processed by "compounding pharmacists" (NOT high-heat machinery). This additive-free product can end sugar cravings in 24 hours and has been used in drug rehab centers for 15 years to end cravings for REFINED SUGAR, cocaine, heroin, alcohol, and other drugs.

  • weird, i always thought splenda was better than sweet n low

  • Another scare tactic...thumbed down.

  • @leeannpatt1 I had to quit sugar for a while and when I would taste things that were sweetened, it was overwhelming, kind of gross. You get used to everything being so sweet. If you bring your tolerance down, a little goes a long way.

  • I think Dr. Richard Johnson, Dr. Lustig, Dr. Ponder, & others r linking fructose specifically to driver 4 physical addiction 2 "sugar". Sugar is 50 percent glucose & 50 percent Fructose. It doesn't have buffers, such as vit C/fiber/minerals that inhibit rapid absorption of fructose. & according to Dr. Richard Johnson, studies indicates liver can process about 25 grams of fructose in any 24hr period, excluding any other stresses on liver, exposure to other toxins, disease, or poisons.

  • this fatass doesn't know what he's talking about. never eat sugar. all sugar is bad. i'm an addict.

  • There is a great book called "The Sweet Poison Quit Plan" by David Gillespie. It's an Australian book and I highly recommend it. It's life changing

  • @leeannpatt1

    What are you eating?

  • @TJBRaw777

You wouldn't live long without salt.
