it would be cheaper to do and it would keep everton in r city

if this could work, we'd all agree that this is the very best option. Whatever happens, no to kirby, and i have servere reservations about scotland road.
This is the best option, and i'm sure it'll pay for itself with the hotel, that's the integral part of it.
I'd say that would cost about 300 million quid, which any club can pay for.
So come on Mr Kenwright? What are you waiting for?

On the KEIOC site, it says this about the videos: "This is an artists interpretation of some basic ideas formed by an engineer and an architect; the land utilization is a reflection of the statements made by Cllr's Bradley and Anderson, after all it is council policy, resolution 538, to support keeping Everton in the city. The arcading is no different to principles found in other grounds, it's a concept, a possible solution....not a definitive solution."
I'm really not sure just how realistic this actually is. If the capacity is increased to 48k after the rebuiling of the Park End then how can this figure not decrease when phase 2 starts on Bullens Road? The video is slick but very vague on points like this. The casual mention of the school and 28 houses being demolished is also a worry as is the 'arcade' over Goodison Road. What would be the cost of the redevelopment too?

both look very expensive &,I think we all can agree,we don't have the money to fund these projects. we'd have to pay more at the turnstiles to watch a team depleted of it's stars that have been sold to raise funds, & increase the clubs debt. Also, t's evident by the bellefield debacle that liverpool city council aren't on our side. what makes you think they'll let us make goodison bigger, knocking down schools & houses, when they won't let us build houses in the middle of a housing estate.
