Audi B5 S4 biturbo Stage II AWD 0-80 mph launch (old video - circa 2003)...

An old video of my B5 S4 from back in 2003. The only modifications I had at the time were a GIAC X-chip and a Neuspeed G2 exhaust. The clutch and everything else was stock. It would launch well at 4,000 RPM with the stock clutch.

Under this configuration, I ran a 13.1 @ 105 mph with a 1.80 second 60' time (a couple days before this video was taken).

@armandonika - Back in 2003 I had a GIAC X chip. I figure it was 330-350 hp or so.

did you ever get the numbers for just this tune? i know youre car is like stage 3 now but this tune must have been near 290whp no?

@SlashsSon101 - I'd say that's a good guess considering it trapped 105 mph full weight.

@sakimano - Once - broke a halfshaft on the first launch. I moved to Germany a month later.

I'm not that interested in drag racing it, though I'd like to do the Texas Mile.

@GiR2007 - Thanks! Although it sounds similar to the VR6, it's a totally different engine. The VR6 has a very narrow V angle (15 degrees) whereas the S4 engine is a traditional 90 degree V.

Usually

Stage 1= Chip

Stage 2= Chip + Exhaust

Stage 2+= Chip + Exhaust + Downpipes nd possible FMIC/SMIC

Stage3=Upgrades Turbos + fueling etc.
