This is U-style which is in between prowrestling and MMA, at least in Japan. Unlike in the US, Japanese MMA started with some young prowrestlers wanting to break away from the show and do something that is closer to the real fight.

This Pro Wrestling is better than WWE. This wrestling dont follow scripts. But WWE superstars do get hurt when someone slammed them even they use "stunts".
