This is a brief overview of the American Revolutionary War. It is military only, I know I missed out some interesting parts, but I could not fit it all in.

@TheLiberalKnight Look you do not seem to get the point, yes the US wanted South Vietnam under their their realm of influence, but not the North, the US never declared war on the North, nor did it have any plans to invade the North ever heard of the policy of containment? we wanted to contain communism,We gave up fighting for capitalism after we won the tet offensive and North Vietnam promised not to attack the South again, than we withdrew, when North Vietnam won, we were gone for 2 years

It was to rebuild capitalist economies in Europe before people became attracted to communism. Do you even know what the cold war was about? @TheLiberalKnight I know that i may seem to be saying the same thing over and over but that's only because you will not listen when we withdrew from Vietnam is was because we made the North promise not to attack the South again and they did than we left and then after we left and did not care so much to enforce it than the North Vietnamese invaded, so had nothing to do with us. you know nothing of history so do not bother debating either your dumb and can not read or just bias.

@TheLiberalKnight " The Chinese outnumbered you, but your technology was far superior" again idiot history you lack, Remember the Eastern war? you also had firepower vs numbers and in that case numbers proved better, so yes I think numbers compensate also in the beginning of the war and also when China joined our soldiers our supply lines were overstretched and our troops were not even prepared for a war in the winter by the time the Chinese joined in.

@TheLiberalKnight like I said before, most of the forces fighting the British were Americans not French, we won many key battles before they fought with us, you outnumbered us and had better tech, supplies, equipment. does not matter if the British did not care to us under their control fact is they failed.
